Sometimes I make art. I can’t really say I vividly remember my first steps in drawing or making art. I know I was drawing “better” than others in primary school. Looking back at it, I was not really drawing better, I just had better imagination. At the age, when you draw stick figures, you would need to be really talented to stand out. I am not considering myself to be talented artist. I just take my time and let my imagination to take form on canvas.

Gone are years, when drawing was pencil, crayons and sheet of paper. My medium now is computer canvas, vectors and Adobe Illustrator. My themes are characters and animals, sometimes portraits of people around me, famous or no, who really cares. All this art came pretty late. I was already making reagular money with work designing stuff. How I started designing is another whole story and for now, I will leave it for another post.

First stuff I draw and it was public, was just after making it to 18, making some assets for Minecraft mod. I am not very proud now for that, but it is what pushed me to understand how production works, what I ended studiying later.

After getting regular job, which by the way is still my regular job some 15 years later, I was tasked with a lot of design stuff and started to dabble a bit more in the drawing stuff.

Below are some of my Weed series stuff. The project I did for quite a while, drawing some of the characters we all know in some not so known situations.
